It’s more than an ERG it’s a movement. The Black @ Joan group needed a huge rebrand. It was taking a step back and understanding what we all wanted from this group and how we could bring it to life. The rebrand came with a logo, a manifesto (written by yours truly), and a new attitude to make authentic work and community.
